CFund.Biz is an innovative crowdfunding platform that provides user-generated content and information regarding their projects to reach and inform potential supporters
All users are expected to conduct themselves honestly in dealing with each other or interacting with a campaign or project or supporter.
Campaign creators are expected to provide the most accurate information about their projects. Resorting to any type of aggressive or otherwise inappropriate posts or behaviors can be the reason for immediate termination without notice and may be banned from the platform
Supporters who are contributing to a project must exercise sufficient due diligence in evaluating, analyzing opportunities for suitability and professionalism. The projects posted are not professionally vetted and thus may cause partial or complete loss of capital. CFund.Biz does not offer any refunds as the funds are sent for the projects.
CFund.Biz’s role is to be an informational platform providing useful content for facilitating project/campaign owners and grantmakers to find each other. found is neither an owner nor supporter of any projects. All content on the platform is provided for informational purposes only and no assurances, warranties, or guarantees of any type whatsoever are implied. Users shall bear all risks by using our website.
Intellectual Property
All user-generated content that belongs to users will be considered users’ intellectual property. Users grant CFund a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to use, exercise, commercialize, and exploit the copyright, publicity, trademark, and database rights concerning your User Content.
CFund.Biz’s Services, Content, and Marks are legally protected, including according to copyright, trademark, service marks, patent, trade secrets, and other U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You agree to respect all copyright and other legal notices, information, and restrictions contained in any CFund.Biz Content, Services, or Marks accessed through the Site or the Services. You agree not to change, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of the Services.
CFund.Biz grants you a limited license (that is temporary, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferrable) to access and use User Content and CFund Content solely for use of the Services following these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, license, or otherwise transfer or use any User Content or CFund Content unless We give you express written permission to do so. We reserve the right to revoke this limited license to access and use User Content and Indiegogo Content at any time and at our sole discretion.

Payment Gateway
Credit Cards are processed through our payment gateway provider PayPal. All transactions are subject to the PayPal service agreement and CFund has no control or influence in setting those policies. We are not responsible for the performance of any third-party credit card processing or third-party payment services.
System Outages and Maintenance
Our sites may be subject to periodic system outages and maintenance downtimes. Site availability is subject to third-party hosting company policies and performance. We cannot guarantee a hundred percent uptime.
